Joel Romain O’Neil, C.Dir
Joel Romain O’Neil is a British Virgin Islands–based chartered director with more than 15 years’ experience in maritime registry, offshore company administration, and regulatory governance across the Caribbean. As Director of International Operations at Triad Company Services Ltd., he directs entity formation, vessel flagging, and end to-end economic-substance and AML/KYC compliance, delivering a rigorously issue-free execution standard of regulatory execution under the BVI Business Companies Act, FATCA, and the OECD CRS. Joel holds the Chartered Director designation from the Caribbean Governance Training Institute, providing board-level oversight coupled with disciplined operational delivery. Ramiro Mayol-Machin
Ramiro is a lawyer graduated from Universidad de la República – Uruguay. He has over 13 years of experience in legal and corporate services, advising high-net-worth clients on corporate and investment structures across multiple jurisdictions. He has held executive roles in leading international firms such as Harneys Fiduciary and TridentTrust, specializing in the implementation of funds and trust for families and companies. Additionally, he is a professor of Commercial Law of England and Wales at Universidad de Montevideo. Ramiro's expertise lies in navigating complex regulatory environments and fostering long-term client relationships, making him a valuable asset in cross-border financial operations. Fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese.

David Abednego
With over a decade at the BVI Financial Services Commission, he served as Deputy Director and later Director of the Insolvency Services Department, where he oversaw the regulation of all insolvency practitioners in the jurisdiction. He also acted as the BVI Official Receiver, appointed by the Court as liquidator in matters of public interest. David advises regulated entities on financial services legislation and provides insolvency guidance to both regulated and non-regulated companies. He is also a specialist in BVI property law, focusing on residential and raw land transactions. David is a notary public in the British Virgin Islands.
